thanks for introducin me to joe and will ask? really likin their tunes. black holes are soundin quite good as well, but why do so many producers make their tunes with weedy 40 second intros, i wanna mix longer than that!!
as for the festivals, u need to get urself upto rock ness in scotland. best festival iv been to, really good party atmosphere and amazin djs!

Belguim is one of the worldleaders in dance festivals. I'm from belguim, but i have to admit, 60 ponds seems a bit less for 3 days.

I think that the price has grown forcely when we are talking about going out (party's, festivals...) in Belguim.
For example Rock Werchter: One of the biggest festivals in Europe (not far from the capital of Belguim), if you want to go for 4 days, you have to pay at least 200-250 €...
Not a small sum hu?!

yeah Belgium is the best country to live in for electro-parties & festivals

seen D.I.M. & Sound of Stereo last Friday. The Partyharders and Radioclit yesterday

Next stop: Bangers in Bruges with The Proxy & Les Petits Pilous for a silly 8 euros (cettavous.be)

I think that line up wise pukkelop definately wins, but as pelski mentions there's a lot more to a festival than the line up, i think if going on best all round experience the results would be very different, for example Exit festival is set in an old fortress with a dance arena in an old moat in serbia. Gatecrasher came 2nd but it was a shambles, i went and experienced the slack security and horrific weather, not to mention headline acts being cancelled and someone dying in one of the tents.

I love techno is looking like a very good option if you can affod it though.

I'll definately be heading to Pukkelpop next year, I watched some videos of SebastiAn, Brodinsk and Surkin from this year and it looks TOO good, lets hope the line-up next year will be as impressive
