The New Zealand-based artist has been churning out Afro-tinged house and disco production for a couple of years now, each focusing on a locked groove and heavy bottom-end. ’Hope’ works a ragged clatter of percussion and a lolloping funk bassline to fashion a slow-burning dancefloor bomb. Previously a 10″ vinyl-only release on Fine Art Recordings.
