This post glitch sonic battleship set sale a decade ago in subterranean California, where his experimental breaksy electro evolved into a down step groove of slow burning 90bpm stuttered flows. Now his sets are 100% original ‘R/D’ showcases, where similar styles have led him to become a regular runner alongside the ‘Glitch Mob’ collective, having lived with the mob’s innovators ‘edIT’ and ‘Ooah’ over the years. It’s acts like R/D that are re-instating LA upon the map of the global dance project, where amidst the mega city foundations and it’s geologic instability, it could be no fault that the likes of Nosja Thing, Gaslamp Killer and Flying Lotus are also emerging through it’s cracks.
