Dimensions line-up expands

Despite last year’s teething problems, Dimensions festival is shaping up nicely. This week it announced additional names to its already buzzing line-up. The initial bill released in January had 80 acts including Ben UFO, Daphni, Theo Parrish and Omar S. The most recent wave of artists to be added to the list boasts Giles Peterson, Blawan, Space Dimension Controller, Wbeeza (check our review of his Mo Bella EP) and Mount Kimbie amongst others.

The festival returns for the second year to its 2012 location of Fort Punta, Croatia, promising to deliver the best of underground electronic music and high-techsound systems.

From its packed out line-up to its slick and stylish website, Dimensions looks as if it couldn’t fail to satisfy all your summer festival desires. However, teething problems last year resulted in long queues into stages and scheduling clashes, leading to attendees feeling slightly cheated.

Hopefully this year organisers will have learnt from 2012’s mistakes and ironed out those first-year mishaps so the full extent of the jam packed line-up can be enjoyed by all.

See the 2013 line-up in all its glory.
