Rewind six years and Ed Banger Records fever was in full force: fluorescent, cartoon-emblazoned t-shirts were all the rage (and going for ridiculous prices on eBay); slabs of electro-distortion quaked the floors of all the trendy clubs; and the festival lineups were topped by a pair of scrawny leather jacket-clad chain smokers…
Fast forward a few years and the French electro family are celebrating their 10th anniversary with a photo book documenting the imprint’s illustrious history. The album will contain intimate and unreleased photos from So Me’s personal photo archive.
The Ed Banger graphic designer is also holding a five day exhibition to showcase his shots in Paris.
