Scion A/V are handing out US garage don Todd Edwards’s new whole EP for free here, with remixes from from Feadz, My Dear Disco, Joy Orbison and MJ Cole.
MJ Cole comes up trumps injecting some of his typically warm, energetic UK garage beats, cutting up insatiably rhythmic fragments of organ bass:

Joy Orbison turns in a 4/4 thumper, but with his trademark delve into deeper territory. This time, however, the beats are a little rougher and rawer, whilst he employs a crackling-vinyl underlay, Burial-style. Once again, Joy Orbison demonstrates the power of understatement (although perhaps not up there with his other releases):
