It’s been a couple of weeks since Pelski laid down some dubstep…so here goes:
First, we have skittery beats and dark, ominous bass pervading a superb piece of dubstep from London newcomer Monkey. A strained diva vocal faintly echoes amidst antsy 2-step – I’m addicted to this track and thanks go to our hommies over at Chrome Kids – the best grime/dubstep blog – for sending this one over a couple of weeks back.

Bored of student dubstep DJs ending every set with Caspa’s ‘Where’s My Money’? Well this hilarious parody is for you – it’s by Parker, who gave us the inspired dubstep remix of James Brown. And funnily enough, taking the piss never sounded so good. Post-garage percussion skips around a comical rant about the state of the ‘monkey business’, before dropping into Jungle Book’s ‘I Wanna Be Like You’. It shouldn’t work, but it does:
